The Molecular Biology laboratory at Melsta Labs was established as a timely response to the Covid19 pandemic, in order to offer high quality testing services to all Sri Lankans in every sector. We currently perform in excess of 15,000 RT-PCR per month, and have gained a reputation among the medical fraternity as issuing dependable and accurate reports which are accepted worldwide. Melsta Labs is also the first laboratory to incorporate QR coding to all our medical reports in Sri Lanka for added safety of our patients. At present, Melsta Labs partners with more than 30 private hospitals in key locations across the country to perform PCR testing for their patients.
